Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 Ugandan vanilla bean (split)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 black tea bags
- 1 cup milk
- Honey to taste
Method:
1. Simmer water with vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger for 5 minutes.
2. Add tea bags and steep. Stir in milk and honey.
Serving Tip:
Strain into mugs and garnish with a vanilla pod.
