Ingredients:

- 2 oz Waragi gin (or regular gin)  
- 1 Ugandan vanilla bean (split)  
- 1 oz pineapple juice  
- ½ oz lime juice  
- Club soda  
- Pineapple wedge for garnish  
 

Method:

1. Infuse gin with vanilla bean overnight.  
2. Shake gin, pineapple juice, and lime juice with ice. Top with soda.
