Ingredients:
- 1 cup millet or maize flour
- 1 Ugandan vanilla bean (seeds scraped)
- 4 cups water/milk
- Pinch of salt
- Honey or brown sugar
Method:
1. Boil water/milk with vanilla seeds.
2. Whisk in flour until thick. Sweeten to taste.
