- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 Ugandan vanilla bean (seeds scraped)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cardamom
- Oil for frying
Method:
1. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla seeds, and cardamom.
2. Add coconut milk and egg to form a soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
3. Roll dough into triangles and fry until golden. Dust with powdered sugar.
